UNICEF Moldova: Administrative Associate, GS-6 (FT)_for Moldova nationals only

UNICEF Moldova is hiring a Administrative Associate, GS-6 (FT), that will be responsible for executing a broad variety of procedural and specialized administrative tasks for the respective section requiring in-depth knowledge of UNICEF administrative procedures, processes and policies. 

Qualifications and experience: 

  • Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative or clerical work experience is required.
  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling web-based management systems is necessary.
  • Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
  • Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Russian, another official UN language or a language relevant for Moldova is an asset.
