International call for tenders for the provision of local consultancy services in the field of justice in the Republic of Moldova



The Council of Europe is launching the international call for tenders for the procurement of local consultancy services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Support to the Justice Reform in the Republic of Moldova”.

Expertise sought in:

  • the legislative and policy framework in the field of justice;
  • institutional aspects of functioning of the judicial and prosecutorial self-governing bodies;
  • judicial training;
  • human rights and constitutional justice;
  • EU law;
  • strategic communication and awareness raising on justice-related matters;
  • legal proofreading.
