Junior Financial Controller

Main responsibilities: 

• Contribute to the commercial budgeting and forecasting process, including analyzing financial data and assessing commercial performance.
• Monitor and report relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial activities.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for profitability and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to provide support and analysis upon request.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports.
• Maintaing accounting data.

Abilities and competencies: 

• Completed higher education degree in finance or accounting.
• Previous experience in accounting, audit role or internships in the finance or commercial controlling field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and basics of financial analysis.
• Good skills in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Basic proficiency in using relevant financial analysis tools and software (Excel, ERP, etc.).
• Proficient user of SAP would be a plus.
• Effective communication to convey analysis results clearly and concisely.
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across different departments.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes and a dynamic work environment.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to present personal portfolio (websites, banners, visuals, magazines & co).
