Solidarites International launches a call for recruitment of a specialised consultant for the Development of the Strategic Plan for 6 local NGOs
Solidarites International, as a member and leader of the Synergies Consortium Group, is requesting an offer to identify a specialized consultant for Strategic Plan Development for 6 local NGOs as a part of Capacity Building activity within the project Strengthening Moldova’s social cohesion and resilience to the Ukrainian refugee crisis funded by Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the Fondation de France (FDF).
CONTEXT
Since 1980, the INGO Solidarites International (SI) assists populations affected by conflicts and violence, epidemics, natural or climate-related disasters and economic collapse. Our humanitarian teams are committed to helping people whose lives, health and security are threatened, by meeting their most vital needs.
Solidarites International (SI) is a nongovernmental organization, registered and operational in Moldova since March 2022, started humanitarian interventions in the sector of Water Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH) and Food Security and Livelihood (FSL).
Starting with March 2023, SI is developing projects strengthening the social cohesion and resilience of the Moldovan society in its efforts to host Ukrainian refugees in the country by strengthen and empowering of local civil society organizations (CSOs).
PURPOSE
The Strategic planning will focus on supporting 6 CSOs (civil society organisations) to outline the organization's mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and action plans to guide its activities and operations over one year.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
Developing strategic plan is aimed for 6 local NGOs.
- 4 organisations are in Chisinau city.
- 1 organisation is in Balti city.
- 1 organisation is in Gagauz Autonomous Territorial Unit.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of the assignment is to provide technical, strategic and facilitation support to 6 local CSO partners and enable the drafting of strategic plan for 2024-2025. The strategic plan must be concise and understandable to allow each CSO to repeat the exercise in autonomy in 2025 and so on.

Submission of Offers
All offers must be submitted electronically mandatory to the following two email address: kiv.log.mgr@solidarites-moldova.org and synergies@solidarites-moldova.org no later than April 10, 2024, 23:59 Chisinau time. Please quote the reference “Strategic Planning Consultancy” in the subject line. The offer must be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the closing date of this invitation to tender.
Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in the Terms of Reference. Failure to adhere to instructions described in this TOR may lead to disqualification.
