"Breathe, Reflect, Thrive - Youth Workers stress management Zen-kit" training course aims to gather 26 youth workers from 9 countries with the experience of work in the field of non-formal education with young people.

🎯The primary goal of this course is to empower educational professionals with a robust toolkit of stress reduction and well-being methods. These methods encompass a range of practices, including meditation, mindfulness, breathing exercises, body work, creative art-therapy techniques, and self-reflection tools.

The project will help you to:
📍Empower participating youth workers, young leaders and educators by developing specific competences of stress management in their work with young people
📍Practice and learn various self-care techniques to support physical, mental and emotional well-being of participats which they can further implement in their workplaces with their target groups
📍Equip youth workers, young leaders and educators with a comprehensive toolkit of stress reduction and well-being methods
📍Form a network among like-minded organizations and develop follow-up projects on the similar topics
