Moldova Competitiveness Project - RFQ-2019-039-02 Procurement of equipment for the Center for Development of Creative Industries Artcor

The Moldova Competitiveness Project (MCP) is a program funded by USAID, the Swedish Government and UK Aid and implemented by Chemonics International in Moldova. The goal of the MCP is to support Republic of Moldova’s efforts to promote a strong, diverse and export-oriented economy by improving competitiveness and efficiency in key Moldovan industries, namely wine production clustered with tourism, light industry (clustered textiles and apparel with footwear manufacturing), and information and communication technology (ICT) clustered with creative services and precision engineering.


MCP is supporting the Association of Creative companies and the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts in development of the Creative Hub Artcor. The Hub will be a focal point for skills development, community building and digital media production for students and businesses from the Creative Services Industry. One of the main components of Artcor is sound design, recording and sound production. The current procurement includes the acquisition of sound recording and sound processing equipment that will be installed in sound recording studio and two music rehearsal studios of the Creative Hub Artcor. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these items.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Chemonics in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ.  Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
