Request for Proposals: Design & Printing Services, CNFA Moldova (repeated request)

The Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) is a USAID-funded program implemented by CNFA in Moldova. The goal of the F2F project is to generate rapid economic growth in the agricultural sector.

As part of project activities, the F2F Project is looking for credible providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver design and printing services for the above-mentioned project. Specific materials include, but are not limited, to the following: 

  1. Adapting corporate business cards according to preset standards
  2. Printing corporate business cards
  3. Adapting roll-up banners from a pre-set standard banner
  4. Printing and assembling roll-up banners 
  5. Developing photo walls (large banners)
  6. Printing photo walls
  7. Adapting flyers according to preset standards
  8. Printing flyers
  9. Color printing of project related materials (brochures, events agendas, place cards, participants bios, etc.)
  10. Special events’ support materials (i.e. pop-up stands)
  11. Branded office supplies (pens, notebooks, cups, tote bags, boxes, etc)

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these services. 

Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 11:59 PM, Moldova time, on February 22, 2019. Offers must be submitted by email, to the following address:

Evaluation: Award is determined via a trade-off analysis to be the best value based on application of the below evaluation criteria. Best value determination will consider both technical and financial proposals, i.e., the best approach and anticipated results in combination with a reasonable cost.  The relative importance of each individual criterion is indicated by the number of points below:

  • Company relevant experience - 40 points: presence on the market and performance, relevance of the described experience to the CNFA stated needs
  • Company dependability – 20 points: references from past clients
  • Price – 40 points: the overall cost presented in the offer
