Centrul de Drept al Avocatilor -  recruitment for legal counsellor position in Otaci and Causeni

TERMS OF REFERENCE

Key areas of accountability

- Assist all persons of concern ensuring timely high-quality protection information, counseling, assistance at protection desks at Cash enrollment centers for reugees

- Provide counseling and assistance

- Refer persons of concern to relevant state authorities for any type of available assistance and monitor the access to the national social, legal, educational and medical assistance.

Qualifications and skills required:

Academic Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in international law or human rights law.
• Lawyer license would be considered an advantage

Experience and knowledge:

• Previous work experience in the area would be considered as advantage
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, use of databases

Competencies:

• Good analytical skills and good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under stress and in crisis situations.
• Cultural and gender awareness.
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English languages.
• Driver licence
