Junior IT Recruiter

HR-Consulting srl (www.search4staff.com), a recruitment firm with 27 years of experience, is looking for candidates to fill the position of Junior IT Recruiter.  

About the candidate:

• Your previous experience in the recruitment field is just a plus, but we are ready to train you from scratch.
• It is important to be hands-on, energetic, proactive self-starters who are able to get things done; strong communication and interpersonal skills are also needed; analytical skills and interest or some knowledge in the IT field will make your work easier.
• Bachelor degree.
• Fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian. Other languages are welcome.
• Computer literacy – high level.

What will you do?

• You will be fully involved in the recruitment process: direct search for developers, QAs, project managers and other IT roles, sourcing and interviewing, clients relations.
