Urgently hiring a remote data entry specialist/online inventory

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our remote team as an Inventory Specialist/Online Data Entry. Your responsibilities will include keeping records, updating  and balancing existing containers. You will also identify any discrepancies or losses at the end of business operation week so they can be prevented from happening again. Ultimately, you will be responsible for tracking all depot inventory in our 30 locations across the United States to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels.


  • Evaluating and managing online stock rotation procedures
  • Timely recordings and accuracy of inventory 
  • Training new staff in inventory procedures 
  • Processing PO and leaving notes in our CRM 
  • Placing inventory restock online orders
  • Communicating with company management about any inventory issues 
  • Work with management if containers are missing or damaged
  • Communicate with customers when units become unavailable 
  • Approving/ rejecting the estimates
  • Check if the bill information is correct and upload it in the system

Requirements and skills:

  • Work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Working knowledge of word, database and spreadsheet softwares
  • Able to work 6 pm - 2 am (Moldova time)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
