Complaints mechanism officer (customer service) - Chisinau


Under the supervision of the Program Manager, they will contribute to implement the Complaints Response Mechanism. They will:

Ensure that all information related to complaints is properly recorded and sent to the appropriate colleague.
Ensure follow-up of all cases referred to the management team until the closure of the case.
Ensure proper archiving for future reference.
Starting Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months, renewable

Duty Station: Chisinau


Previous experience with NGO/INGOs valued (but not required).
Technical knowledge in IM along with demonstrated experience and good communication skills.
Availability to work for a minimum of 2 months required.
Language: Romanian and English. Ukrainian and Russian are a plus.
