Financial Manager (French language)

HR-Consulting ( on behalf of his client - an international company that provides a large spectrum of services, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of Financial Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordination of administrative-financial teams in Chisinau: accounting, payroll, and human resources,
  • Recruiting new members to the teams and ensuring a high level of training,
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of KPIs at the team level and compliance with allocated budgets,
  • Maintaining a high level of performance and efficiency,
  • Direct collaboration with clients in France and reporting the results to the operational committee.


  • Higher economic studies (accounting, management, business and administration, payroll, finance/banking);
  • Knowledge of languages: Romanian, French at least B2, English - B1;
  • Experience in accounting, human resources, payroll, finance/banking, management;
  • Technical skills: Excel; Word, Powerpoint, SAP: will be an advantage;
