Request for Quotations - RFQ-2024-190 - Health insurance for local long - term FTA and RCRA staff members
Moldova Future Technologies Activity (FTA) and Moldova Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Activity (RCRA) are USAID programs implemented by Chemonics International in Moldova. The goal of the Future Technologies Activity is to enhance the competitiveness of Moldovan transformative sectors, including light manufacturing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), precision engineering, creative industries, and digital media production, and to improve the country’s integration with Western markets in these sectors.
The Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Activity aims to stimulate a sustainable and inclusive recovery from the regional crisis caused by the recent Russian invasion of Ukraine. Additionally, it seeks to accelerate inclusive, climate-resilient economic development in rural Moldova by protecting the development gains made with USAID support over the past decade and further stimulating the competitiveness of key economic sectors, such as the wine industry, high-value agriculture, and tourism.
As part of our project activities, the FTA and RCRA projects require the provision of Private Health Insurance services for local staff in the Republic of Moldova. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these services.
