Modification 01 to RFP 2023-072 (needed for extension of the proposal submission due date)

Dear Offeror;

Based on issued RFP-2023-072 for provision of Design, development, and deployment of a mobile application for citizen's interactions with Government and Governmental Agencies, Chemonics International Inc. Washington Sucursala Chisinau informs about the decision of modification 01 of original RFP, which reflects extension of the proposal submission due date.

Extended proposal due date is set for April 05, 2023, in order to provide additional time for offerors to respond to the RFP requirements.

Offerors who already submitted proposals by the original submission date should note that FTA will not open the evaluation of these original proposals until the revised due date. Therefore, those offerors may choose to maintain their originally submitted offer OR submit an updated proposal by April 5, to ensure fairness to allow those participating in the bidding process.
