Human Resources Director (office in Chisinau)

TOP FMCG Company is looking for an ambitious Human Resources Director (HR Director)!
Location - Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.

You will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of our company's human resources department.

If you are well organized, task-oriented and apt for up keeping high HR strategies and procedures standards, but also enthusiastic about improving them with your creative new ideas, you are the person we are looking for!

Primary responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the company’s senior leadership and management teams.
- Build strong connections and communication lines among employees and between the Board of the companies.
- Create a competitive employment brand that attracts and retains the best talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits.
- Manage performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the management team to determine long-term growth strategy for the company.
- Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement.
- Design a People org vision, strategy, roadmap and philosophy in partnership executive team.

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of HR or equivalent business experience.
- Possess solid functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including Corporate culture, Workforce Planning, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Employment Law, etc.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high performance culture.
- Ability to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutions.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
