The USAID Moldova Rule of Law Institutional Strengthening Program (ROLISP) is inviting local qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to submit applications for funding under the ROLISP Grants Program. The goal of the ROLISP Grants Program is to support projects that (1) would monitor and advocate for justice sector reforms, (2) would improve public legal awareness, and (3) would monitor trafficking in persons (TIP) cases and advocate a commitment by the Government of Moldova to prosecute offenders.

Deadline for applications: August 17, 2012.
